Coyote Canyon Theme Park

One Dream, One Team, a 100% minority and women owned Arizona Company has aligned with Apogee Attractions Theme Park Design, a five star builder to create a master planned, family oriented theme park, a City Walk, and a five star resort on 1200 prime acres in the wild west of Florence, Arizona. The project is scheduled to break ground in the last quarter of 2008.

Our research team concluded that approximately 3,000,000 people a year visit Florence, Arizona and the surrounding areas. We conservatively predict a consistent annual growth of visitors of 20-30% percent per year. Florence, Arizona is located between Phoenix and Tucson and easy access from both major cities. Florence provides the perfect location for a high-quality theme park and City Walk in a family-oriented environment, where we can offer competitive pricing to our customers and still make an outstanding profit in this demanding market.

Governor Janet Napolitano of Arizona signed the "theme park" district legislation, House Bill, because it could boost rural tourism and doesn't cost taxpayers a dime. "Tourism is a big issue for us. It doesn't fall on the taxpayers of Arizona," she said.
